Samuel Jong Kang

Sam is a PhD candidate in econometrics at the University of St. Gallen. His main research interests are the economics of crime, family economics, and applied econometrics. His research uses both administrative and self-collected data to study the role of community institutions in household and neighborhood dynamics. His work also contributes to the development of causal inference methods for continuous treatments.
